Return & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Items

• Tinted paints (custom-colored or mixed paints)
• Opened or used products of any kind

Due to the customized nature of tinted paints and quality control concerns, these items cannot be restocked or resold.

Refundable Items

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• A return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required

Return Process

• Contact our support team to initiate a return request
• Once approved, items must be returned in their original condition
• Returned items will be inspected before approval of refund

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 15 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
